Take an active role in your own good healthcare and treatment plans. Regular medical check-ups and health screenings can help detect medical conditions you may not notice yourself - before they become major health issues. Ask your healthcare provider about the screenings listed below.

Pap Test All women who are or have been sexually active, or have reached age 18, should have an annual Pap Test and Pelvic Examination After a woman has had three or more consecutive satisfactory normal annual examinations, the Pap Test may be performed less frequently at the discretion of her healthcare provider.
