Dr. Stys received his medical degree from the Warsaw University Medical School in 1994 and completed his residency program at the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1998. He has served two fellowships, one in Interventional Cardiology in 2003 at the State University of New York at Stony Brook and the other in Cardiovascular Disease in 2002 at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Dr. Stys is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Interventional Cardiology and he is also certified by the American Board of Nuclear Cardiology.
