Keely Hack, MD received her medical degree in 2006 from the Sanford School of Medicine of the University of South Dakota. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency and Hematology/Oncology fellowship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE. She is board certified in Medical Oncology, Hematology and Internal Medicine.
Dr. Keely Hack is married and has a slightly spoiled puggle (pug beagle mix) at home. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, especially her husband and her adorable nephews. She also enjoys reading, listening to music, spending time with friends, and going paddlefish snagging.
