Dr. Lystad is trained to treat all areas of the musculoskeletal system. This includes traumatic and degenerative conditions of the joints, ligaments and tendons, fractures, and sports injuries.

Dr. Lystad is married and has three children.

-Instructor at University of North Dakota Medical School -ACSM -ACEP -Collaboration with more than 50 athletic trainers throughout the region -NDSU & MSUM athletic training room physician -Official hockey and football game physician for several local sports teams
