Jacob Miller, MD, received his medical degree in 2012 from Creighton University. He completed residency at the North Colorado Family Medicine Residency Program and sports medicine fellowship at the University of Utah. He is board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and specializes in medical problems of the athlete.
Jacob Miller, MD, is married with four children. He enjoys performing on the violin and guitar, acting, writing fiction, team roping, and spending time with family.
