Radiation oncology outcomes

At Roger Maris Cancer Center, we maintain a cancer registry database to guarantee patients receive the best care available. The record can tell us everything about each patient treated at Roger Maris Cancer Center including age, diagnoses, treatment schedule and quality of life. We use the Rapid Quality Reporting System (RQRS) to track and monitor patients with breast, colon or rectal cancer and track them in real-time so we can better follow the patient through their journey.

The registry database ensures we are matching the standard of care delivered at other hospitals in the area and across the country. Data collected is sent to a national database so that the information contributes to national statistics on cancer.

Top cancers treated at RMCC:

  • Breast
  • Lung and bronchus
  • Prostate
  • Melanoma, skin
  • Colon
  • Lymphoma
  • Bladder
  • Leukemia
