In this 8 week program our Sanford POWER Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists will design a program around your group’s goals, provide motivation, and challenge you each day. Training sessions prepare young athletes for safe competition by focusing on developing flexibility, coordination, balance, strength, and speed. As athletes mature, they are still developing neuromuscular patterns of speed, agility, and power, therefore technique, form, and education are key. The training sessions begin to mimic the sports’ specific demands by increasing loads to optimize speed, strength, and power while decreasing injury risk.
Pre-Testing is May 30th and Post-Test is July 31st and the times will be announced shortly with All programs start Monday June 5th - except for XC/Swim which starts Tuesday June 6th and goes till August 4th with a break week of July 3th - July 7th.
Cost: $160 per program
Junior/Senior Football and Basketball 6 am - 7 am
Freshman/Sophomore Football and Boys Basketball 7 am - 8 am
Junior/Senior Volleyball and Girls Basketball 8 am - 9 am
Freshman/Sophomore Volleyball and Girls Basketball 9 am - 10 am
Boys/Girls Soccer 10 am - 11 am
Female Athletes 11 am - 12 pm
Junior High Athletes 1 pm - 2 pm
XC/Swim (Starts Tuesday June 6th) 12 pm - 1 pm
