Meal Planning with Fruits and Vegetables
• Planning meals and snacks can be a powerful tool when it comes to following through with health goals. Because fruits and vegetables are key foods, with their natural antioxidants and phytochemicals, in protecting our bodies from a wide variety of health conditions, this class will focus on how to incorporate them into daily eating, year round, in a cost effective way. Activities include meal planning scenarios, food sampling and cooking demo.
Classes will be held the first Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m.
There is a $10.00 fee for each class (or $15.00 for household).
