The classes, led by Sanford Bemidji Weight Loss management physician, Judith Mills, D.O., will address nutrition's role in managing and reducing symptoms of chronic health issues, dealing with cravings, understanding food addiction and more. Participants will learn about food selection, develop strategies for change and receive group support to help keep them motivated.

Statistically, four out of five car seats are installed incorrectly. In this area and nation-wide the most common car seat misuse is not getting the seat tight enough in the vehicle. Other misuses include having a loose harness, not routing the harness correctly and improperly using the seat belt or lower anchors.
