Scope of Service

  • Accepting each persons strengths and weaknesses, I serve as a guide and a facilitator in their process of behavior change. I believe in order to change what we do; we need to change how we think. Our body will follow our mind.

To provide an environment for successful health behavior change through conversation and support, building on client strengths to increase self-confidence and maintain a higher level of wellness.

Scope of Practice

A coach who meets and accepts women where they are at today and assisting them to reach their desired goals in a fulfilling manner. Facilitating the process of change by helping women develop and implement a plan tailored to their own individual goals and needs. The focus is to assist women to reach their best health and well-being.
