Just fill out one of the forms below. It may be helpful to have your billing statement in front of you, as it contains necessary information. Payments will be processed within three business days of receipt. Check and credit card payments may still be sent by mail to the address listed below.

Sanford Health Online Bill Payment Refund Policy

All transactions processed on the Sanford Health Online Bill Payment are eligible for a refund if the patient would like to cancel a payment. To request a cancellation of payment please contact Sanford Patient Financial Services at 605-328-6585. Please allow 10 - 14 business days for a refund of a check processed through the Sanford Health Online Bill Payment system.
