Nephrology - North Dakota - Fargo
Job Description: Exam, diagnose, and treat patients with life threatening, and frequently complex medical illnesses and injuries; utilize expertise in the evaluation and management of critically ill patients with dysfunction or failure of one or more organ systems, including cardiac, pulmonary, neurologic, liver, kidney or gastrointestinal systems; use sophisticated treatment modalities such as hemodynamic and artificial ventilator to stabilize patient, and after stabilization will strive to gain an understanding of the cause of the patient’s critical illness.
Education: Medical degree or foreign equivalent in Medicine
Training: 24-month Nephrology Fellowship. Number of months of training required is dependent upon
the number of months necessary to complete medical training leading to completion of a
fellowship(s) program in Nephrology.
License: North Dakota and Minnesota medical licenses or ability to obtain. BC/BE
