Full-time opportunity - PM shift - Prepare and serve nutritious good tasting, palatable and eye appealing meals for residents and employees in a timely manner in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with our established policies and procedures. Maintain sanitation and safety standards of the department. Minimum of high school education or equivalent preferred. Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written instruction. Formal or on the job training in food preparation, cooling and handling kitchen equipment preferred. Experience in quantity food preparation, prefer institutional cooking experience with ability to prepare modified and therapeutic diets. Must be flexible in work schedule to work weekends and holidays. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
