Brief summary for Chaplain-Bismarck Spiritual Care
Provides spiritual, pastoral, and emotional support as needed to diverse populations including patients, families, and staff. Participates in on-call rotation and responds to crisis situations appropriately. Conducts chapel services. Familiarity with and able to assist individuals with Advance Care Planning. Minimum: Bachelor Degree in Religion or Theology required; CPE training; ordained (or equivalent); ecclesiastical endorsement. Preferred: Master of Divinity (or equivalent) and professional certification with a professional chaplaincy organization. Experience: Minimum of two years spiritual care experience required, preferably in a health care setting. PRN position available.
