Health Assessment
A health assessment is a physical evaluation of your current health and fitness level. This appointment will help determine your starting point, and track your progress. Follow up appointments are available and included in your membership.

Components of the Health Assessment include:

8. Cholesterol/Glucose testing (fasting for up to 2 hours is required)


Programs for Mom and Baby
Living a healthy and active lifestyle is for you and baby too.

    Working Out 4 Two
    A program promoting a healthy baby and you through exercise. wellness center strollers
    • We offer both land and water classes for all fitness levels.
    • Medically supervised pregnancy program lead by an Exercise Specialist and Certified RN, Lamaze Certified, and Prenatal Exercise Instructor.

    Rock ‘N Stroll
    Hands on program for mother and baby to include physical activity and baby massage.
    • Strollers are provided
    • Combination of strength training and cardiovascular exercise
    • Educational information
    • Baby massage instructed by a certified nurse


Circuit Training Formats
Wide variety of circuit classed designed to give you a quick workout. Intended for all fitness levels.

Balls, Bands, and Bosus – Try this class and learn how to use the 3 B’s. This class will be circuit format, but wellness center gym weightsincorporate all elements in a fun and challenging workout.

Flip Flop – We can flip at any time, which side is it going to be? Get ready to be flipped back and forth between both sides of the conditioning center.

Change It Up – You want change? This is a perfect class for you. Run, lift, jumping jacks, sprint, pushups… Warning: class may be addictive!

Cardio Challenge – Do you do the same old routine day after day? Let us introduce you to a new way of thinking. Tie your shoe laces and get ready because we will mix up your routine and stimulate your senses.

Circuit - If you are looking for variety, look no further! This class will combine strength conditioning and cardiovascular exercises in a fun circuit format.

Court Pump - See you in court! This new class uses a variety of equipment for a workout consisting of high rep, low weight strength training with athletic interval bursts. Court PUMP meets on the basketball court.

Express Fitness - The same format as circuit but designed for those who are on a time crunch or prefer a quick workout.  Come and leave when you want!

Lift & Spin - A new "spin" on your workout! The first half of class involves weight training and the second half on spinner bikes.

Lift & Swim - Opt for a change in scenery.  Start in the conditioning center and then head to the pool!

* All classes meet on the free-weight side


Basketball & Volleyball
Leagues held at chosen times throughout the year. Pick-up games during designated court times. Jerseys and balls are provided.


Racquetball/Squash
Lessons are taught by Dennis Thurman. Balls, goggles, and glasses are available.
