    Level I = Beginner

Main Pool
Above Belt: This shallow water class incorporates ½ hour of cardio mixed with equipment to strengthen the upper body.

Aqua Mix: This is a shallow water class with lots of fun.

Below Belt: This is a ½ hr deep water class mixing cardio exercise and toning for the areas below the belt.

Cardio Enduro: Build endurance with 40 minutes of fat burning aerobics; various formats to include: Intervals, laps and circuits with a cool down and stretch. (Level II/III)

Deep Water Aerobics: Deep water aerobics class to include 30 minutes of aerobics and 15 minutes of toning, cool down and stretch. (Level I/II/III)

Deep Water Cardio: Deep water aerobics to include 30 minutes of aerobics, and toning to include weights on Monday & Thursday and abdominal exercises on Tuesday. (Level II/III)

Deep Water Power: Deep water aerobics that includes 25-30 minutes of intense aerobics, abdominal exercises, cool down and stretch. (Level II/III)

Working Out 4 Two: A 45 minute aerobic/toning class specifically designed for expectant mothers. The first Wednesday of the month a child birth educator will come to class at 6 pm for an education time. (Level I/II)

Getting to know you: Class starts in deep with noodle, gloves and lots of conversation. Then moves to shallow for aqua step and not so much conversation.

What's up in the deep: Cardio workout in the deep with shallow water toning. (Level I/II)

High Intensity Shallow: Shallow water high intensity aerobics. (Level III)

Intervals Dynamics: Deep water class that uses hydro cuffs or belts; includes 30 minutes of cardio intervals in deep water; strength training; cool down and stretch. (Level II/III)

Monday Night Madness: 1 hr. class. 45 minutes of deep water aerobics and 15 minutes of toning in the shallow. Class will have new elements added each week. Your hair will get wet in this class. (Level II/III)

Power Cardio Shallow: Shallow water aerobics to include 40 minutes of cardio work using a variety of equipment; toning and cool down. (Level II/III)

Shallow Burn: Express Shallow class combining aerobics and weights to burn the fat. (Level II/III)

Shallow Intervals and Resistance: 20 minutes of cardio intervals and resistance work with equipment; abdominal; cool down and stretch. (Level II/III)

Shallow Water Circuit: A 60 minute class conducted in the shallow water using various circuit intervals and weights to achieve a total body aerobic workout. (Level II/III)

Sunrise Water Fitness: A deep water class to include 30 minutes of aerobics, with lower body toning on Wednesdays and upper body toning on Fridays. (Level II/III)

Total Tone: Toning class, focusing on building strength. Warm up and stretch on your own. (Level I/II/III)

Use Your Noodle: Deep water aerobic class to include 30 minutes of aerobics & 15 minutes warm up, cool down, abdominals & stretch.

Water Walking (No Instructor) 1-2 pm: Time for people who enjoy walking in the shallow or deep water. Pool staff is available for questions.

Water Walking 7-7:30 am: An instructor leads a 30 minute class with a variety of walking moves.

Hydro Pump: 45 minute class - incorporate 15 minutes of strength training & 30 minutes of cardio.

Family Deep Swim: During shallow water aerobics classes, there is open swim in the deep end. Must be accompanied by an adult. Please be considerate of noise levels during class.
