Plastic Surgery Dr Dr. Rif' At Hussain received his medical degree from the University of Peshawer in Pakistan and completed his plastic surgery residency at University Hospital in Syracuse, NY. He completed general surgery residencies at Detroit General Hospital, the VA Hospital in Allen Park, MI and Maimonidies Medical Center. Dr. Hussain was the first Plastic Surgeon to practice in South Dakota.

He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Member of the American Cleft Palate Association. Dr. Hussain is a board certified plastic surgeon with 30 plus years experience in all facets of Plastic Surgery.
