Goal
To offer programs to educate individuals on the essential components of a healthy lifestyle. To assist individuals in implementing disease prevention and management skills. 


The Right Weigh Healthy Eating Program 
Gain nutrition tips and tools to help you achieve a healthier lifestyle through a multidisciplinary approach to include registered dieticians, exercise specialists, behavior specialists and screening educators.

Program includes:

  • Group education regarding nutrition and exercise topics
  • Individualized nutrition plan
  • Individualized consultations
  • Health Screen to include lipid panel, glucose, blood pressure, body mass index and personal wellness profile
  • Wellness Center Membership

Commit to Quit Nicotine Cessation Program
The purpose of the Commit to Quit program is to provide the group education and individual encouragement necessary to overcome the nicotine habit.
