With Sanford Hospice, you and your family will be able to make the most of the time you have left together. You will discover that this precious remaining time can be a time of peace and a time of finding comfort, acceptance, love and healing.

  • Provides registered nurses, social workers, clergy and volunteers who will develop a care plan to focus on the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of their patients.

Hospice care is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you or someone you love is facing the difficult choices regarding end of life care, we know you have many questions. Eligibility Criteria Includes:

  • The individual is diagnosed as having a terminal illness, with a limited life expectancy.
  • There must be a primary caregiver in the home. This could be a family member or members who take turns, a friend or someone who has been hired.
  • The individual and family must be knowledgeable of the individual's diagnosis/prognosis and desire Hospice care.
