Below are the income scales to be used to determine Tier 1 eligibility for day care homes, if the family is at or below the guideline.

Look at the chart. Find your household size. If your household income is the same or less that the listed income for you household size, you may be eligible to claim Tier 1 reimbursement for meals served to your own child(ren) and also to all other children in your care.

Note: If you receive Food Stamps (FS), commodities through the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR), or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) for your children, you are automatically eligible to receive the Tier 1 rate for meals served to your own child(ren) and all other children's meals.

All eligibility is determined by the Sponsoring Organization.
