Sanford Heart Sioux Falls is committed to helping you improve your heart health and avoid heart disease. Most people over the age of 40 have at least one risk factor and many have multiple risk factors. That’s why knowing your risk factors and having regular heart and vascular screenings is important in helping you take control of your heart health. Most heart disease can be prevented and that starts with you taking action.
