With our health behavior coaches, you work one-on-one with a coach who will help you make a step-by-step plan to create the healthy change you’d like to see happen in your life. From drinking more water to eating healthier, sticking to an exercise program, achieving a healthy weight, to understanding how you have the power to create change and take control of your health and wellbeing—Sanford’s Mutch Women’s Center for Health Enrichment is here to give you support, encouragement and accountability you need to live a healthier life.
