At Sanford Health we recognize the field of health care is constantly advancing. That's why we honor the men and women who educate our nurses. Those who take what they've learned over the years about medicine and patient care and share it with those new to the field. Randy Heinbaugh
Randy Heinbaugh, RN, wants his students to remember that each patient has a family who wants them to be safe and healthy. That's why he shares his experiences as a nurse educator in Bemidji. He is committed to the advancement of Sanford nurses. Read Randy's story.
Michelle McGregor
Michelle McGregor, RN, BSN, found her nursing passion through education. As a cancer survivor she shares the patient perspective with new nurses. She loves learning and finds reward in being a part of that with other nurses. Learn more about Michelle.
Corey Bennington
Corey Bennington, RN-BC, BSN, is inspired by the new generation of nurses. As a nurse educator in Fargo he helps with orientation of Sanford's newest family members as well as nursing students. He finds it rewarding to make an impact on patients by educating new nurses. Watch Corey's video below.
