Today you’re invited to take part in a variety of programs to impact your mind, body, spirit and health. Sanford Health is partnering with Midwest EAP to offer you nurse leadership training opportunities. Check out the current modules:
- Nurse leadership
- Increasing self awareness
- Compassion fatigue
- Working effectively with others
- Empowerment
- Intentional self-care and work-life balance
New opportunities will be added on a regular basis including financial fitness and saving for retirement. If you’re interested continue to check back often.
Walking for Wellness – Bemidji

Join staff of Sanford Bemidji for fresh air and fun as the Walking for Wellness fitness program celebrates another year.
Bring a friend or meet someone new as we explore places to walk and talk around Bemidji.
All fitness levels are welcome for this non-competitive, fun and social walking program.
