Vinorelbine interferes with the cell's ability to reproduce. Vinorelbine is an intravenous (IV) medicine. The type and extent of a cancer determines the exact dose and schedule of administering this medicine.
Vinorelbine slows or stops the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body. It is commonly used to treat non–small cell lung cancer, breast cancer, and bladder cancer.
Vinorelbine is an effective antitumor medicine. But the type and extent of a cancer determines how effectively this medicine slows or stops the growth of cancer cells in the body.

Vinorelbine should be administered only under the supervision of a medical oncologist.
You may not be able to become pregnant or father a child after taking this medicine. Discuss fertility with your doctor before starting treatment.
Vinorelbine can cause birth defects. Do not use this medicine if you are pregnant or wish to become pregnant or to father a child while you are taking it.
Vinorelbine can damage the tissue around a vein if it leaks into the tissue while it is being given. Tell your health professional immediately if you notice any stinging or burning around the vein while the medicine is being given.
