This quick and easy-to-make dish is a great source of calcium and will help you jump-start your morning!
Prep time: 5 minutes
- 3/4 c. light fruit-flavored yogurt
- 1 tbsp. raisins
- 1 tbsp. sunflower seeds
- 1/3 c. strawberries
- measuring cup
- measuring spoon
- Mix all ingredients in a plastic cup.
Serving size: approximately 11/4 cup
