Childbirth Preparation Class: Six Week Series

The Birth Place has a variety of formats based on the Lamaze philosophy to prepare you for the birth experience. Formats vary in amount of content time and practice time. Keep in mind the condensed versions provide a limited amount of preparation. These classes provide important information on the labor process including labor support, pain management, birth options and the role of your labor partner. Classes are taught by experienced certified childbirth educators who provide as much personal assistance as time allows. Class sizes are limited. We recommend you register early in your pregnancy to secure a class schedule which works best for you.

Classes occur every Thursday from November 12 through December 17.
