This six week course is for anyone with arthritis or chronic joint pain. It is designed to help you learn to manage symptoms that keep you from doing daily activities that you enjoy, while benefiting from the support and ideas of others with arthritis. Your course leaders, Jane Thomas MOT, and Lori Jones RN, are trained by the Arthritis Foundation. A person in a support role, such as a spouse, friend, or adult child is encouraged to attend. Participants may borrow The Arthritis Helpbook free of charge or purchase the book.
There is no cost for this course.
For questions or to register for the course, contact Sanford Health Geriatrics at (605) 328-4222.
