ACE: An Aneurysm Coiling Efficiency Study of the Penumbra Coil 400 System

The purpose of this study is to only collect data on the use of the PC 400 System. The study will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of this new system in treating aneurysms, including the amount of aneurysm filling, time of treatment and results of patient follow-up. This type of treatment by ┬┐coiling┬┐ is currently the standard of care worldwide for aneurysms. The primary objective of this study is to gather post market data on the Penumbra Coil 400 (PC 400) System in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms, peripheral aneurysms and other malformations.
