Phase III Trial of Short Term Androgen Deprivation with Pelvic Lymph Node or Prostate Bed Only Radiotherapy (SPORT) in Prostate Cancer Patients with a Rising PSA after Radical Prostatectomy

The primary objective of this study is to determine whether the addition of NC-STAD (neoadjuvant and concurrent short term androgen deprivation) to PBRT (prostate bed radiotherapy) improves freedom from progression (FFP) for 5 years, over that of PBRT alone in men treated with salvage RT after radical prostatectomy. Participants in this study are prostate cancer patients with a rising PSA (prostate specific antigen) after radical prostatectomy.
