Study ID: COG AEWS1031

A Phase III Randomized Trial of Adding Vincristine-Topotecan-Cyclophosphamide to Standard Chemotherapy in Initial Treatment of Non-metastatic Ewing Sarcoma.

In this study, researchers want to find out if we can improve the treatment for Ewing Sarcoma by adding another drug called topotecan to the 5 drugs used in standard treatment. The aim of this study is to test the effect of the combination of vincristine, cyclophosphamide and topotecan added to the standard 5-drug chemotherapy interval compressed backbone on event-free and overall survival in children and young adults with Ewing sarcoma.
