Description:

The JOSTENT GraftMaster is a Commercially Approved (HUD – Humanitarian Use Device) under HDI – Humanitarian Device Exemption. The objective of this study is to evaluate the technical success and safety of the JOSTENT Coronary Stent Graft UA as a life-saving treatment in cases of coronary artery perforation. The JOSTENT Coronary Stent Graft UA is for use in the treatment of free perforations, defined as free contrast extravasation into the pericardium, in native coronary vessels or saphenous vein bypass grafts greater than or equal to 2.75mm in diameter.
