The Healthy Pregnancy class is designed for moms in their first or second trimester… when clear answers on the pregnancy basics are important!
In this class you will learn how to live healthier through rest, nutrition, exercise, and stress management. It also addresses your physical and emotional needs, prenatal testing and what to expect during your prenatal visits.
We recommend you attend this class during the first 10 – 20 weeks of your pregnancy.
