Infant Massage (Nurturing Touch)
This class is for parents and their infants to learn how to massage their infants. Massage has been shown to improve circulation, help infants to relax, regulate sleep patterns, stimulate digestive system and may relieve colic or gas. It also can improve communication between parent and infant, parents may feel more confident in understanding their baby's cues. The class will be a hands-on experience for babies and their mom/dad.Free for parents who had their baby at Sanford. Classes are held every other month in the evening from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
