Labor Basics

Description:

This 3 hour class covers labor, medical options and procedures, Cesarean birth, and includes a tour of the Sanford Birth Place.

This class is a great one to take in conjunction with the “It’s Your Birth” class. The 2 classes together are a good option for parents-to-be with limited time for preparation.

We recommend that you take this class between your 32nd and 36th week of pregnancy.

There is a suggested fee for each class; we provide education to all expectant families regardless of their ability to pay. Please contact us if you would like to discuss the fee.
