After the Diagnosis
After receiving an Alzheimer’s disease or related disorders diagnosis, you may feel uncertain of what to do next. This information session provides an opportunity for persons with a new diagnosis and their care partners a place to obtain accurate information about dementia, learn about community support services and hear from members of the community who have navigated life after a dementia diagnosis. A local physician and a care giver will be able to answer questions as well as give personal experiences.
The workshop is held quarterly from 6:00 - 7:30 pm at Carlson Library.
