Better Choices, Better Health® Workshop

Description:

Are you dealing with a long term health problem?

A free Better Choices, Better Health® Workshop can help you get the support you need and find useful ways to deal with pain, fatigue, and stress. You will find better nutrition and exercise choices and learn helpful problem solving skills. You will set your own goals and make a step-by-step plan to make your health and your life better. You will learn how to talk with your doctor and family so they can learn how to help you better. You will learn from trained leaders, many with health problems themselves.

This workshop helps if you have health problems such as diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic pain, anxiety or any long term health problems. Better Choices, Better Health® Workshop (formerly Living Well Workshop) can help you get back in charge of your life. Program was developed at Stanford University.
