Weight Loss Surgery Support Group

Description:
Weight loss surgery can dramatically change your life. Are you ready for this journey? What's needed for lifelong success?

To help you learn more, Sanford offers a weight loss surgery support group open to:
  • People considering weight-loss surgery.
  • People preparing for weight-loss surgery.
  • People who have undergone weight-loss surgery.

Attend one time – or every time
When: Once a month, 6:30-7:30 p.m. (see link below for all upcoming classes)
Where: Sanford Wellness Center in Southwest Fargo

Each meeting also includes Sanford speakers who can add information and lend expertise. Speakers have included weight-loss surgeons, dietitians, psychologists and others.

February 26 – Sara Johnson, Exercise Physiologist with Cardica Rehab will be talking about the Fargo Marathon 5K and how you can join in on this great experience. Come learn how to get started and ask questions
