Nutrition:
Nutrition Consultation with Coaching - $50/30min
Choosing to Eat for a Lifetime of Health
In today’s world we are bombarded with information regarding what we should and should not eat. What is right for you as an individual – as a woman? Dr. Roger Shewmake, Ph.D., Licensed Nutritionist, will guide you on your personal path for a lifetime of health. This session includes the added benefit of coaching with Dr. Shewmake.

Choosing Heart Healthy Options -
$50/hr
What healthy changes can you make today to take care of your heart for the future? Learn up-to-date information on nutrition for preventing heart disease or living with heart disease.

Choosing the Best Nutrition for My Personal Health Challenges - $50/hr
Do you have to avoid certain foods? Does your personal health make it challenging to plan menus for yourself and your family? Allergies, IBS, pre-diabetes, diabetes, Crohn’s disease, ulcers, medications, or high cholesterol, all require you to give special attention to what you eat. Discover tips to help you cope with these daily health challenges.

Struggle with maintaining your weight? Do you have a family history of heart disease or diabetes? Have a feeling you should be eating better but don’t know what changes are right for you? Find out the answers to get yourself on track for a healthy lifestyle today and in the future.

Already have your own physical activity routine? Prefer to exercise in the privacy of your own home? Do you wonder how you could change things up and exercise more effectively? Work with a trainer to get you on track with movements and techniques that will best benefit you and your health goals.

Quieting Your Mind and Body - $50/hr
How did you get where you are? Where are you headed? Life can keep you running in many directions. It’s important to take time to reflect on where you’ve been and where you’re going. Discover how to make choices to maintain a balance of your mind, body, and spirit.

Juggling the Chaos -
$50/hr
Does life feel like it is bouncing out of control? Having a hard time deciding what to say “no” to without feeling guilty? Learn to identify what is causing the chaos and how to get a grip on what life is throwing at you.

Finding Time for Me -

How do you find time to take care of yourself when life can be hectic? So busy doing it all that you haven’t had any “me time” lately? By taking care of yourself, you’ll be better prepared to take care of others. Learn to make choices for your life.

Communication:
Healthy Communications Connections - $50/hr
Why is maintaining relationships difficult? Want to meet new people but aren’t sure how to make a good impression? Learn listening and communicating skills that will help you connect with people you care about.

$40/person
Together you and your friend meet with a Health Behavior Coach for a one hour session to set individualized goals, plan of action, and your motivators. Includes 4 weeks of follow-up coaching support via email and/or phone – You Choose what works for You!
