1 to 1 Learning Sessions

These sessions provide you with an individual consultation with an expert who will tailor your learning sessions to meet your individual needs an desired learning outcomes.

Behavior Change Sessions

One hour, individual consultation with our Health Behavior Coach. A safe, nurturing environment where you can discover your strengths, and receive unconditional support as you listen to your own thoughts, find your own answers, and choose the path of change that is right for you.

Coaching Services

A Health Behavior Coach works with participants to identify small doable steps that will evolve into succeeding at long-term healthy changes by building self-confidence and skills they can use for a lifetime. Follow up "coaching" is provided to keep you "going" to meet your personal health goals.
