If you want to work towards healthier daily habits yourself or you want to learn to help others in your life, these sessions provide you with an individual consultation with an expert who will tailor your learning sessions to meet your individual needs and desired learning outcomes.
One hour, individual consultation with our Health Behavior Coach to provide you insight and information on your own personal change process or the health behavior change process for the man in your life. Here one can discover strengths, and receive unconditional support as one listens to one's own thoughts, find one's own answers, and chooses the path of change that is right for one's self.
A Health Behavior Coach works with participants to identify small doable steps that will evolve into succeeding at long-term healthy changes by building self-confidence and skills they can use for a lifetime. Follow up "coaching" is provided to keep you "going" to meet your personal health goals.
