Getting Started
Intro to Mve Pilates - Free Introduction to our fitness classes and you'll experience the basic movements and breathing techniques and learn more about our programs. Intro to SSF is a pre-requisite for MVe Pilates participants.
For Your Mind and Body
Functional Fitness Increases fitness, coordination, flexibility, and agility. Helps condition for everyday lifting, reaching, bending, carrying, and walking. Functional Fitness may also help decrease chances of injury during everyday activities.
MatWorks MatWorks combines the easy, graceful movements and controlled breathing of yoga and mat pilates. 
MatWorks-Treat Me Tender (TMT)  Has it been a while or just getting started in matworks class? Gently introducing you to movements and breathing. You'll feel your body become accustomed to the techniques. 
Matworks-Movin' It (MI) You're experienced in yoga and mat pilates and ready to move.
Yoga Yoga is noncompetitive, self-paced series of postures and controlled breathing exercises.
Yoga-Treat Me Tender (TMT)  You'll learn Yoga postures and how to control your breath.
Yoga-Movin' It (MI)  You're experienced in yoga and ready to move.
MVe Pilates  New to this Region! MVe Fitness Chair uses your entire body to coordinate movements and targets specific areas to strengthen.
MVe Pilates-Treat Me Tender (TMT) Workout with modifications and advancements. Just right for you!
MVe Pilates-Movin' It (MI) You have experience on the MVe chair and are ready to be challenged.
Zumba  Bring your two left feet to Zumba. You'll be glad you did! Zumba, a Latin-based dance fitness class, will move you to the beats of international music and rhythm. Zumba steps are uncomplicated and easy to follow. 
Zumba-Treat Me Tender (TMT) Introduces you to the movements and music. Enjoy a great workout at a pace that is right for you.
Zumba-Strength Zumba combining cardio fitness with strengthening through resistance, weights & bands.
Nurture Your Health
Quieting the Mind While Stretching the Body Discover inner tranquility through breathing and relaxation. Calm your mind and body through gentle stretching movements to release tensions.
Posture Plus! Learn strengthening and stretching exercises which focus on muscles that support your posture. Look taller, leaner and move better - for life!
Re-abdominals Let's wake up your tummy muscles. Feel stronger and more stable by strengthening your core. 
Inspiration and Motivation
Fitness with a Friend - $15/person You and a friend can schedule a fitness session with a certified instructor tailored just for your needs. 
Individuality
MeTime - $50.00/hour A personal trainer will assist you in reaching your physical activity goals.
