To help support you in in the diagnosis and management of ADHD in children and adolescents, Sanford Health Plan has partnered with Eli Lilly and Company to offer you the Expanding Views - Achieving more with ADHD program provides useful tools to help you deliver care to these patients.
Practitioner Tools
One important focus of the Expanding Views program is follow-up care. Because ADHD is a chronic and often lifelong disease, ongoing follow-up is essential. The benefit being that treatment outcomes can be monitored during follow-up visits, and the treatment plan can be adjusted as needed. The referenced treatment guidelines for follow-up care of children are based on the American Academy of Pediatrics recommendations. The guidelines for adolescents are based on American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry recommendations.
