The Sanford Health Foundation of Northern Minnesota is dedicated to serving the community as much as supporting Sanford Bemidji through a variety of free seminars, annual events and news releases.
The Sanford Health Foundation of Northern Minnesota hosts a variety of free seminars throughout the year focusing on health and wellness or planned giving. Unless stated otherwise, the seminars are scheduled from noon to 1 p.m. in the hospital's Education Center (east lobby). A light lunch catered by Sanford Bemidji Dining is included. Learn what blood test results may mean for your health during this lunch and learn.
Join Judith Mills, DO, Sanford Health family medicine physician, for an informative hour to help protect or improve your health. Dr. Mills will help you learn what your blood test results may reveal about your health risks and provide tips to help you reduce your risk of developing chronic disease.
